If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.
Am I allowed to return or exchange the order?
You can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
If you want to replace the goods quickly, you can send back the next new order at the same time. We will refund the old one after we receive it.
What is your return and exchange policy?

2.If there is a problem with the product itself and you need to return or exchange it, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if it is a return or exchange without any valid reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees to our Gingtto warehouse.
