What payment methods do you accept?

What currency will my payment be settled in?

All our transactions are settled in US dollars. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will settle the transaction based on the exchange rate applied by the website you visit.

How can I change/modify my order?

If you find any errors in your order after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact our customer service center.

Please note that we can modify your order before shipment.

Once the package is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it may be because the email address you entered when placing the order was incorrect, or the email was mistakenly identified as spam. You can log in to your account to view your order. You can also contact us for more order information.
