14 Days easy Return/Exchange
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 14 days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Am I allowed to return or exchange the order?
You can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
If you want to replace the goods quickly, you can send back the next new order at the same time. We will refund the old one after we receive it.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 14 days of receipt.
- Return items must be received in new condition, unwashed, unstained, damage.
- Please make sure that you keep the original plastic bag with Gingtto LOGO and seal the bag.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship back your items to the Gingtto warehouse.
- Gingtto is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you leave the wrong address, please contact us immediately to change the address before we ship your order. If not, Gingtto is not responsible for wrong address offered by customer.
- Once your return is received in the warehouse, please allow up to 1 week for your account to be credited.
